We hope you’re completely satisfied with your beer and this page has no relevance, but on the off chance you aren’t happy with it then we require you to advise us within 14 days after receiving the goods.
Please contact our Customer Services team on 0151 318 0605 (between 9am and 4.30pm) or email us at email@example.com stating your order number in all correspondence with our team.
You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods.
Only the entire products can be returned, i.e. if any individual cans or bottles have been opened then you cannot return the full case.
We will refund you the full amount paid for the product, plus any basic delivery charges any however any costs incurred by the customer for returning the goods will not be refunded.
