Delivery - Nationwide

Like our beer selection, we’ve hand-picked our delivery partners carefully and we use a combination of DHL & Royal Mail (dependant on what you order & location) who are both renowned worldwide as some of the leading players in this space. 

The deadline for orders will be midnight, with all orders fulfilled the next working day.   You should receive your order within 2-3 working days (although in most cases it arrives the next 'working day'). For example - an order received at 10pm on a Monday will be fulfilled and despatched on the Tuesday and received by the customer on Wednesday 

In terms of the delivery charges, we offer two prices...

Orders up to £80

Delivery costs £6.35

Orders over £80

Delivery costs £2.95 (excludes 30L kegs)

30L Kegs

Delivery costs £45 due to weight however for Wirral postcoides, delivery is FREE

Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland - £25.95

Unfortunately, the charges for shipping to these areas are subastantially higher and whilst we try and absorb some of the costs this is as low as we can go and are unable to offer any discounts to ship to these areas.  Please select this option at checkout, but don't worry if you forget we will make contact with you to make the necessary arrangements for any payment due.

 

Delivery - Local (Wirral, Ellesmere Port & Neston)

Local delivery for our Wirral, Ellesmere Port & Neston based customers will be delivered the next day if ordered by midnight, for example – an order received at 10pm on a Monday will be delivered on the Tuesday

We deliver 7 days a week and delivery is FREE for all local orders with a value of £25 or more.  For orders under £25, the delivery charge will be £2.45

  • During busy times and public holidays this option may be subject to change
  • As a lot of the gins we stock are distilled 'fresh', they may not always be available for delivery on the same day, however we always aim to have these with you the following day 

GENERAL NOTES

If you have not received your delivery within 7 working days after receiving your confirmation e-mail, please contact us so we can investigate.

Beers@No.42 Limited cannot and will not sell alcohol to people under the age of 18. We have implemented various age checks in the ordering process. To ensure that our products are handed over to an adult only (thus meeting the requirements of the laws and regulations) the delivery person can enquire about the recipient’s age.

From time to time, there may be delays in collating your order due to high demand.  We will contact you within 24 hours of placing the order if delays are likely to be incurred.

Goods that are requested to be left without a signature are left at the customer’s own risk. In the unlikely event that a parcel is stolen we will liaise with the customer who will need to report the theft to Police.

Damaged or missing goods will be refunded or added to a future order. All damaged goods must be signed for as damaged on the drivers manifest or alternatively refused and we must be notified, where possible, within 3 working days of delivery or expected delivery.

Where a signature is required to make delivery, our couriers reserve the right to deliver to a neighbour, please inform us at the time of ordering if this is not suitable.

The courier will attempt to deliver twice after which parcels are returned to the delivery depot. If arrangements have not been made to collect from the depot the parcel will be returned to us. In the event the Customer provides an incorrect address, any charges for delivering to the correct address will be borne by the Customer. Carriage charges incurred by us are not refundable if all attempts to deliver have failed. These will be charged at cost.

Beers@No.42 Limited accept no responsibility for failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

All delivery days quoted are estimates and we cannot guarantee deliveries. In the event of a delivery delay, Beers@No.42 Limited cannot be held responsible for any subsequent losses occurred.
